Laura Hausgard is everything a Merchandising Management and Business Administration student strives to be. After graduating in 2008 from Oregon State she continued on to Lund University to earn her Master’s degree in International Marketing & Brand Management. She now successfully runs her business, Johan in the heart of downtown Portland.
Laura Hausgard launched Johan online while living in Brooklyn in 2012. A few years later Hausgard packed up and moved to Portland, Oregon where she opened her first physical Johan store. It started out as a secret shop on the outskirts of Portland. Now, she has opened her current brick and mortar store located on SW Pine in downtown Portland.
With over thirty well known and local designers, Johan provides customers with minimalistic accessories, apparel, and home goods that will be high quality staple items in perfect for anyones wardrobe or home.
